Refund policy

All sales are final at Chasing A Band Outfitters, with no returns or exchanges accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

We stand behind the quality of our gear and offer replacements only in the rare case of manufacturing defects, such as misprints or damage during shipping. To qualify for a replacement:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos clearly showing the defect.
• Return the original item in its unused condition (with tags attached) at your expense.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the defect, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Custom or personalized items are non-replaceable and non-returnable.
